After seeing this word in a short email, I spent a lot of time meditating. What could it mean? Was it a person, place, or thing? Was it bigger than a breadbox? Was it a mineral?

Hours passed. Leaves fell. Outside my window, the sounds of traffic muffled the quiet thumping of my expectant heart.

Then, it became so clear. Limpek: Kiyo's affectionate and private nickname for our mutual friend Linsel.
